We have a 24-hour Shuttle Service to Boston Logan International Airport and T-Station that leaves the hotel every half hour.  For pick-up from the airport, please call the hotel.

For pick ups from Boston Logan International Airport or the Airport T-Station you will need to call the hotel directly at 781-485-3600. Please allow 20 minutes for pick up. We do not make regular stops at each terminal or T-station for pick ups.

One Night of Parking at the hotel is included per Guest Room Booked. If additional nights of parking are required you will need to book one of our 3 Park, Stay and Fly Packages available.

Valid License (Picture ID) and Credit or Debit Card is required upon check in.

You must be 21 Years of Age or accompanied by an adult to register at our hotel.

We are a pet friendly hotel.  A non-refundable fee of $50 per stay will be applied. Two pet max.

Our Cancellation policy is 4:00pm on the day before arrival. Reservations not cancelled before 4:00pm will be charged one night’s room and tax. A cancellation number will be provided for you should you need to cancel your reservation. You must obtain a copy of your cancellation number or email for your cancellation to be valid.

All credit cards/debit cards will be authorized for the full value for the room plus taxes, plus $50.00 for incidentals. If using a Debit Card please allow up to 15 days for the hold to be released after check out

 Cash Payments are accepted at check-out only, a valid Credit Card is required at check-in

We are 100% Smoke Free. Smoking in any of our guest rooms will result in a $150.00 Non-Refundable Fee. The hotel has a dedicated outdoor smoking area available

A valid parking pass is required to park at the Comfort Inn & Suites. You are responsible to place the parking pass on the (inside) drivers side wind shield. We make regular rounds of our parking lot. Cars without valid parking passes will be towed at the car owners expense.
